I have had wii fit plus now for a while now but do you no what exercises on there that i can do to lose weight fast

Yeah, I know this is my second post weight related but I am extremely amazed by the resources of the modern world we have.

Now mind you, I am barely overweight and dieting to begin with but just of out curiousity to anyone that OWNS the wii fit and plays it often, or even uses it as their resource as a diet plan, how much weight have you lost in a week?

I just want to see everyones honest answers from using the wii fit.
