I cant figure out how to drift in Mario Kart Wii while using the nunchuck and wii remote. Does anyone know what to press to get to do this since snaking is no longer allowed?

Also, using the cheap Propecia classic controller, how would I got about doing this?
Also, whenever I use the B button, I just stop and start driving backwards.
